OIV - Independent Body to assess the performance
It has full independence to monitor the overall system evaluation, transparency and integrity, and it ensures also the control and strategic evaluation of business processes, as well as the accuracy of performance methods of measurement and estimation. It supports the political-administrative body in the definition of strategic objectives and contributes to the conformity of the personnel behavior to the mission of Inail, making the performance goals known and taking care of the regular reporting on the status of achievement.
