Il d.lgs. 81/2008, cosiddetto “testo unico” sulla salute e sicurezza sul lavoro, tratta in generale tutti i rischi lavorativi. D’altra parte, il d.lgs. 101/2020 costituisce la normativa speciale sul rischio specifico da radiazioni ionizzanti.
Obiettivo del presente articolo è sviscerare i rapporti esistenti tra queste due normative, con particolare riferimento alla valutazione dei rischi da radiazioni ionizzanti per i lavoratori.

Legislative Decree 81/2008, the so-called “consolidated act” on health and safety at work, generally deals with all occupational risks. On the other hand, Legislative Decree 101/2020 constitutes the special legislation on the specific risk from ionizing radiation.
The objective of this article is to dissect the relationships between these two regulations, with particular reference to the assessment of the risks from ionizing radiation for workers.
