Con il decreto 27 febbraio 2019 sono state promulgate le nuove tariffe dei premi per l’assicurazione contro gli infortuni sul lavoro e le malattie professionali dei lavoratori dipendenti; i nuovi nomenclatori realizzano un processo di semplificazione in termini di diminuzione sia delle voci totali di tariffa che del numero di voci attribuite a ciascuna azienda. Nel presente studio sono riportate le principali modifiche tecniche rispetto al d.m.12/12/2000 e le considerazioni prospettiche che, dopo un triennio di vigenza del d.i. 27/2/2019, possono essere fatte.
