Gli Autori esaminano la legislazione speciale dettata per l’emergenza Covid-19 con particolare riferimento alle modifiche introdotte nell’assicurazione obbligatoria contro gli infortuni e le malattie professionali sia rispetto ai profili di estensione della tutela in favore dei lavoratori colpiti da eventi lesivi a causa dell’infezione, sia rispetto ai profili di responsabilità dei datori di lavoro ed all’azione di regresso dell’Inail.

The Authors examine the special legislation imposed by the Covid-19 emergency particularly in relation to the changes introduced in the compulsory insurance against accidents and occupational diseases both in relation to the extension profiles of the protection in favor of workers affected by harmful winds due to the infection, and in relation to employer liability profiles and Inail's right of redress.
