Oggetto del presente studio è l’indagine sulle condizioni lavorative e sulla percezione del rischio in ambito portuale avviata nel corso del Piano Mirato di Prevenzione (PMP) effettuato nel triennio 2014-2016 nel porto di Civitavecchia dall’ASL ASL RM4 (ex ASL RMF), in sinergia con la l’INAIL e l’Autorità Portuale di Civitavecchia-Fiumicino-Gaeta. L’indagine ha consentito di focalizzare l’attenzione su specifiche tematiche legate allo svolgimento del lavoro in ambito portuale. Ha coinvolto 30 imprese per un totale di 451 questionari raccolti ed elaborati. Il questionario era composto da 75 domande ed era suddiviso in una sezione anagrafica e quattro sezioni tematiche. Le variabili del questionario sono state esaminate sia singolarmente sia in relazione alle attività specifiche svolte dai lavoratori. Dalla lettura dei questionari emerge sostanzialmente un quadro favorevole delle condizioni di lavoro e sicurezza nell’ambito portuale di Civitavecchia. Tuttavia, emergono anche criticità legate alla formazione e alla gestione delle interferenze, peraltro confermate dai riscontri emersi dall’attività di vigilanza svolta dalla ASL nel corso del PMP stesso. I Preposti hanno evidenziato, più di altre figure, aspetti legati ai rischi da interferenza e all’organizzazione delle attività. Per coloro che svolgono contemporaneamente più attività lavorative si registra un quadro maggiormente critico e complesso della percezione dei rischi e degli standard organizzativi. L’individuazione di tali criticità attraverso il questionario costituisce, dunque, un riferimento per programmare e orientare più efficacemente gli interventi di prevenzione, protezione e sorveglianza sanitaria.

Subject of this study is the investigation of the working conditions and the perception of risk started during the “Piano Mirato di Prevenzione” (PMP)/Prevention Targeted Plan made in the triennium 2014-2016 in the port of Civitavecchia by the ASL RM4, in synergy with the INAIL and the Port Authority of Civitavecchia. The survey made it possible to focus attention on specific issues related with the executing of work in the port. It involved 30 companies for a total of 451 questionnaires collected and processed. The questionnaire consisted of 75 closed questions and it was divided into a biodata worker data section and four thematic sections. The questionnaire variables were examined both individually and in relation to the specific activities carried out by workers. From the questionnaires reading, it appears essentially a positive framework of working conditions and safety. However, also emerge critical issues related to training and interference management, what is more confirmed by the findings that emerged from the supervisory carried out by ASL during the PMP itself. The foreman has highlighted aspects related to the interference risks and organization of activities. Subject always to the insights, according to the task of workers, to those who carry out simultaneously more work activities there is a more critical and complex situation about the perception of risks and the organizational standards. The identification of these critical issues through the questionnaire is, therefore, a reference to plan and steer more effectively prevention, protection and health surveillance.
