A dieci anni dal d.lgs. 81/2008 viene proposta una riflessione sull’integrazione dell’ottica di genere nel processo di valutazione e gestione del rischio, con evidenza del percorso fatto, ma anche dell’ingente lavoro che ancora resta da compiere perché il dettato normativo possa dirsi pienamente attuato. A partire da un approfondimento del contesto normativo, in cui si traccia il cammino che ha condotto ad un’attenzione alle “differenze” nella valutazione di tutti i rischi nel d.lgs. 81/2008 così come modificato dal d.lgs. 106/2009, l’articolo esamina gli aspetti sociologici connessi con la prospettiva di genere nella salute e sicurezza sul lavoro. Viene quindi illustrato lo stato dell’arte della ricerca e sperimentazione di strumenti operativi proposti per la valutazione e il controllo dei rischi lavorativi in ottica di genere, a partire dal progetto pilota avviato presso la Direzione regionale per la Toscana e oggi di respiro nazionale, coordinato dalla Direzione centrale prevenzione. Dopo un focus sugli infortuni in itinere letti in ottica di genere, viene proposto un approfondimento sul ruolo dei Cug, con particolare riferimento al contributo, propositivo e non solo, che essi possono dare in termini nella prevenzione degli infortuni e delle patologie professionali.

Ten years since the Health and Safety at Work Regulations 2008 have come into force, a reflection is proposed on gender integration in the risk assessment and management process, with evidence of the path made so far, but also of the work that still remains to be done, so that the regulations can be said to be fully implemented. Starting from an analysis of the regulatory context, in which the attention to the "differences" in the evaluation of all the risks in the Health and Safety at Work Regulations 2008 as amended by Health and Safety at Work (Amendment) Regulations 2009, the article examines the sociological aspects related to the gender perspective in health and safety at work. The research and experimentation of operational tools proposed for the evaluation and control of work risks from a gender perspective is then illustrated, starting from the project of the Italian Region of Tuscany and today at national level, coordinated by INAIL’s Directorate for Prevention. After a focus on commuting accidents in a gender perspective, it is proposed a study on the role of the Equal Opportunities Committee (CUG, in the Italian acronym), with particular reference to the contribution, not only proactive, that they can give for the prevention of work injuries and occupational diseases.
