L’evoluzione dell’approccio comunitario che individua negli aspetti gestionaliorganizzativi la chiave di volta per prevenire infortuni e malattie professionali risale a quasi 30 anni fa (UE 391/89), ma l’evoluzione culturale negli attori del sistema produttivo è lungi dall’essere completata. L’articolo illustra l’esperienza ed il supporto dell’Istituto su questi temi attraverso una disamina ragionata dei vari contributi legislativi e normativi dal d.lgs 231/01, alla sua connessione con l’art. 30 del d.lgs 81/08 per finire con la Uni Iso 45001:18 di recentissima pubblicazione che completa il panorama delle norme Iso in materia di gestione aziendale.

The evolution of the European approach that identifies the managerial and organisational aspects as key to the prevention of occupational accidents and diseases dates back almost 30 years (EU 391/1989), but the cultural evolution in the actors of the production system is far from complete. The article describes the experience and the support of the Institute on these issues through a reasoned discussion of the various legislative and regulatory contributions from Leg. Decree 231/2001 to its connection with art. 30 of Leg. Decree 81/2008 and ending with the very recent ISO 45001:18 that completes the series of ISO standards on corporate management.
