Con indagini microclimatiche condotte in alcune cementerie si è accertato che possono essere esposti a condizioni di concreto rischio di stress termico il perso-nale che opera ai forni, gli addetti alla disincrostazione della griglia Lepol e gli addetti alla torre cicloni. Le rilevazioni microclimatiche sono indispensabili per segnalare agli interessati il tempo massimo di permanenza continuativa nelle singole postazioni di lavoro al fine di salvaguardarli dai rischi connessi all’esposizione al calore. Questo tempo è stato da noi calcolato uguagliando la media ponderata dei valo-ri in ºWBGT misurati con la media ponderata dei relativi TLV. Il fattore di ponderazione è rappresentato dal tempo che è sempre stato rapportato a 60 minuti, secondo l’indicazione riportata nella norma UNI EN 27243..

Carryng out a microclimatic survey in some cement works has confirmed that the personel working at the kilns, those who are in charge of disencrusting the Lepol grid and those assigned to the cyclone tower could run the risk of suffe-ring heat stress. A microclimatic survey is necessary to inform these workers of the maximum time they can spend at their job site and to protect them from the risk of heat exposure. We have calculated this time by making the average of values measured in ºWBGT equal to average of the relative TLV. The weigting coefficient is time, which has been to 60 minutes as indicated in the UNI EN 27243 regulation.
