E’ stato svolto uno studio finalizzato alla valutazione del rischio professionale dei lavoratori del reparto lavorazione lamiera di un’azienda che produce arredamenti e banchi frigo, connesso all’uso di strumenti portatili vibranti. Il lavoro ha consentito di determinare l’entità delle vibrazioni trasmesse al sistema mano-braccio durante le operazioni svolte dai lavoratori esaminati ed i relativi tempi di esposizione. Le dosi di vibrazioni assorbite sono state confrontate in maniera critica con le più diffuse relazioni dose-effetto al fine di determinare il reale livello di rischio professionale correlato alla specifica mansione. Lo scopo principale del lavoro è quello di determinare l’entità del rischio per gruppi specifici di lavoratori nell’ottica della tutela assicurativa prevista dall’assicurazione obbligatoria contro gli infortuni sul lavoro e le malattie professionali; comunque, i risultati ottenuti possono essere utilizzati anche a scopo prevenzionale per valutare l’entità del rischio ai sensi del D.Lgs.626/1994 e quindi per pianificare gli interventi necessari a ridurre l’insorgenza delle patologie correlate all’uso degli strumenti portatili vibranti.

This study is finalized to determine the professional risk assessment connected to the use of portable vibrating instruments for a group of workers, during working of metal sheet in a company that produces furnishings and benches frigo. The job has concurred to determine the entity of the vibrations transmitted to the system hand-arm during the operations carried out from the workers examined and the time of exposure. The doses of absorbed vibrations have been compared critically with the most known relations dose-effect in order to determine the real level of correlated professional risk of these specific employees. The main scope of the job is to determine the entity of the risk for specific groups of workers in the optical of the insurance protection previewed from the obligatory assurance against the industrial accidents and the professional diseases; however, the results obtained can be uses also for preventional scopes in order to estimate the entity of the risk as per D.Lgs.626/1994 and therefore, for plan the actions necessary to reduce the surge of pathologies correlated to the use of the portable vibrating instruments.
