Il decreto legislativo n. 38/2000 ha introdotto all'art. 10 lo strumento di elaborazione e revisione periodica dell'elenco delle malattie professionali. L'Autore analizza e rimarca la portata innovativa del disposto legislativo segnalando la validità delle previste collaborazioni con quanti autorevolmente studiano il problema. Gli aggiornamenti dell'elenco conseguenti al monitoraggio delle malattie di probabile o di possibile origine lavorativa, conclude l'Autore, consentiranno di instaurare un circolo virtuoso con utili ricadute anche sull'aspetto prevenzionale.

Article 10 of the Legislative Decree no.38/2000 has introduced the tool of the periodical drawing up and revision of the industrial diseases list. The Author analyzes and highlights the innovative scope of this provision, by stressing the validity of the envisaged cooperation with all the authoritative experts who are studying this problem. The Author draws the conclusion that the list updating - resulting from the monitoring of the diseases which are likely to have a working origin - would allow to create a virtuous circle having useful repercussions also on prevention.
