Prendo spunto da un mio precedente intervento sulla condizione dei “comunicatori neolaureati” per parlare della condizione di tutti i neolaureati. E della sindrome che li caratterizza: essere eterni stagisti. Negli ultimi sei mesi (da metà del2011) la situazione è peggiorata: gli stage in azienda continuano a farsi, ma non si fanno più, o quasi, i contratti di lavoro. A Emma Marcegaglia, che rappresenta il sistema delle imprese e che si è posta l’obiettivo di un patto generazionale, racconto una storia, che è diventata anche una campagna sociale (“Low-Resolution Generation”), e chiedo un impegno. Per contribuire a dare un futuro alle generazioni dell’incertezza e nell’interesse del Paese.

I draw inspiration from my previous remarks on the status of "graduate communicators"to discuss about the condition of all graduates. And about the syndrome thatcharacterizes them: they are eternal interns. Over the last six months (since mid2011) the situation has become worse: internships at companies are continuing, butyou no longer, or nearly, get to sign employment contracts. Emma Marcegaglia,who represents the business system and has set herself the goal of working out agenerational pact, tells a story, which has also become a social campaign ("Low-Resolution Generation"), and asks for a commitment. To help give the generationsof the uncertainty a future and in interest of the entire nation.
