Vengono prese in considerazione le problematiche sottese dall'attuazione da parte dell'INAIL delle misure di sostegno all'attività di prevenzione introdotte ed enfatizzate dal D.Lgs. 38/2000. Si citano tra esse la maggiore potenzialità delle statistiche che deriva dall'incremento dei riferimenti tariffari, ma soprattutto i nuovi meccanismi di oscillazione dei tassi ed i progetti di incentivazione alle imprese che operano adeguamenti tecnologici, tramite finanziamenti in conto interessi e in conto capitale, e quelli volti a favorire l'informazione e la formazione alla sicurezza e salute nei luoghi di lavoro. The problems concerning the carrying out of the prevention supporting measures introduced or emphasised by the Italian decree n. 2000/38 are considered here. Among the new rules adopted we remember: 1) a higher statistic power to show the accidents time-trend; 2) new "bonus malus" insurance mechanism, that depends on safety and health conditions in the factories; 3) financial supports to firms that improve their working processes and to corporations that put into practice formations and trading programs about safety and health in workplaces.
