Il problema della costruzione di un unico istituto di previdenza pubblica, oggipiù che mai attuale, non è nuovo e ha percorso tutta la storia delle nostre assicurazionisociali.La presente ricerca si propone di evidenziare i momenti più rilevanti dei tentatividi accorpamento degli enti previdenziali in Italia, di cui vengono brevementericordate le principali tappe.L’Autore intende dimostrare come, fin dalle origini, si è sempre voluto teneredistinta la tutela previdenziale, prevista per gli eventi comuni, da quella controgli infortuni sul lavoro, basata esclusivamente sul rischio professionale.

The problem of construction of an only institute of social public security, todaymore than ever of great interest, is not new and has covered all the history ofour social insurances.The present research wants to emphasize the most important moments in theattempts made for the unification of the Social Security Institutes in Italy,whose main steps will be here briefly summarised.The Author means to demonstrate how, from the origins, it has always been theintention to distinguish the previdential protection, granted in normal events,from the one against industrial accidents, exclusively founded on the occupationalrisk.
