Illustrato il concetto di “Mobbing” e delle patologie correlate allo stress inambito lavorativo, l’Autrice offre una rassegna delle forme di protezione previstein Italia e negli altri paesi della comunità europea. In modo particolare si sofferma sulla opportunità di una omogeneizzazione dellatutela di queste malattie sia per garantire il benessere psicofisico del lavoratore,sia come contenimento delle spese mediche e indennitarie che ne derivano.

After having illustrated the concept of “mobbing” and of stress related pathologiesat the work place, the Author gives a survey of the various forms of protectionexisting in Italy and in the other EEC countries. In particular, she highlights the need to homogenize the forms of protection ofthese illnesses in order to guarantee a psychophysical wellbeing of the workerand the reduction of medical expenses and compensations.
