L’articolo passa in rassegna l’evoluzione ed il punto di arrivo di questa nuova tipologia di rapporto di lavoro sia sotto il profilo normativo che operativo/gestionale. Evidenzia le semplificazioni che essa introduce nel rapporto di lavoro per il committente e per il prestatore, i riflessi in tema di assicurazione infortuni e prevenzione nonché le prospettive di operatività futura in termini di cooperazione applicativa tra Inail ed Inps. Fa emergere l’attenzione da sempre prestata dall’Inail a questa figura sia nell’ottica della semplificazione degli adempimenti dei datori di lavoro attraverso l’adozione di molteplici canali di comunicazione nonché dell’unico, ad oggi, servizio dispositivo nell’ambito del contact center integrato Inail/Inps, sia attraverso campagne formativo/informative fino allo sviluppo stesso dei rapporti con Inps per il tramite appunto della cooperazione applicativa con il fine di creare un’unica procedura integrata che in tempo reale trasferisca da Inps i dati necessari ad Inail. Fa da ultimo emergere il ruolo fondante dell’ Inail per i fini della tutela globale di chi effettua questa tipologia di prestazioni.

The article describes the evolution and the objective of this new type of employment relationship in terms of laws and in terms of operative/managerial aspects. It points out the simplifications that this introduces in the employment relationship for the client and for the worker, the impacts in terms of accident and prevention insurance and the future operating prospects in terms of applicative cooperation between Inail and Inps. It points out the attention that Inail has always paid to this figure in view of the simplification of the employers’ obligations through the adoption of multiple communication channels and of the single service available today, within Inail/Inps’ integrated contact centre, and also through training/informative campaigns, until the development of the relationships with Inps thanks to applicative cooperation, with the purpose to create a single integrated procedure able to transfer the necessary data from Inps to Inail, in real time. At last, it also points out Inail’s founding role for purposes of the global protection of who carries out this type of services.
