L’Autore esamina l’art. 6 del decreto legislativo n. 38 del 2000 che ha esteso la tutela assicurativa agli sportivi professionisti dipendenti descrivendone gli aspetti più rilevanti. Si sofferma, poi, sulla controversa questione della forma del contratto di lavoro sportivo alla luce dell’art. 4 della legge n. 91 del 1981 analizzandone le conseguenze nell’ambito dell’assicurazione contro gli infortuni sul lavoro.

The Author examines article 6 of the legislative decree n. 38/2000 that extends insurance protection to the employed professional sportsmen, describing the most important aspects. He stops himself on the controversial issue regarding the format of the sport working contract, in the light of article 4 of law n. 91/1981 analyzing the consequences affecting the insurance coverage of work injuries.
