La valutazione dei rischi in ambiente ospedaliero è attività fondamentale nell’iter di prevenzione e tuttavia difficile da realizzare per la molteplicità dei rischi e per il numero e la complessità delle norme di riferimento. Appare anche ardua la bonifica delle situazioni antigiuridiche esistenti per la carente efficacia di interventi di bonifica attuati in passato sulle strutture edilizie. tuttavia, possono essere individuati interventi di prevenzione immediati, rapidi e di onere non elevato e linee gestionali relative all’affidamento di incombenze prevenzionali a soggetti esperti a vari livelli in ambito aziendale in modo da permettere il raggiungimento di standards più adeguati di sicurezza ed igiene.

The evaluation of risks within hospital premises is key in any prevention activity. Yet, it is difficult to be carried out due to the many and various risks to be faced and the large unclear bulk of rules that govern these matters. Moreover, any effort aimed at curing illegal situations which can be encountered when inspecting the premises, would always be freighted with uncertainty, because of the almost complete absence of any such interventions in the past. especially so with regard to the building infrastucture. However, some rapid and no exspensive interventions are still available, and so are management policies through which the task of such interventions is given to experts, who can secure that ghe objective of higher safety standard is fully met.
