ANTONIOTTI, OSVALDO DE TULLIO, NATALE MARIO DE LUCA ed edito da Giuffrè per percorrere sinteticamente e guardando anche alla giurisprudenza, le tappe più significative del tema, con particolare riguardo alla definizione del concetto "causa di servizio" e quello correlato di "equo indennizzo" ed alla analisi delle varie fasi in cui si articola il procedimento per il riconoscimento della causa di servizio e l'equo indennizzo.

The starting point of this work is the reading of the book "The cause of service, the equitable compensation and the compensation claim of civil servants" by F. ANTONIOTTI, OSVALDO DE TULLIO, NATALE MARIO DE LUCA and published by Giuffrè. While looking at all legal aspects, the aim is to carry out a synthetic analysis of the most meaningful phases of this matter, taking into particular account both the definition of the concept of cause of service (enjuries suffered while at work) and the associated concept of equitable compensation, and also analysing the various steps of the procedure adopted for the acknowledgement of the service of cause and the equitable compensation.
