In questo lavoro gli Autori, mediante la somministrazione di un questionario a tutti i lavoratori invitati per la prima volta a visita presso tutte le sedi INAIL del Friuli Venezia Giulia, hanno voluto studiare lo stato dell’arte del momento informativo e formativo in tema di sicurezza sul lavoro. Il dato ottenuto ha dimostrato che, a distanza di quasi sei anni dalla pubblicazione del D.Lgs. 626/1994 molto resta ancora da fare in tema di informazione e formazione dei lavoratori, a causa del numero elevato di casi con presunta inadempienza, in particolar modo per l’aspetto formativo. La facilità di esecuzione dello studio ed il basso costo, anche in tema di impiego di risorse umane, potrebbero giustificare una sua estensione a tutto il territorio nazionale.

In this work the Authors, by the administering of a questionnaire at all the workers invited for the first time to visit at all the places of business INAIL some Friuli Venezia Giulia, wanted to study the state of the art some informative and formative moment in industrial safety theme. The obtained data has demonstrated that, at a distance nearly six years from the publication of D.Lgs. 626/1994 a lot remains still to make in topic of information and formation of the workers, because of the high number of cases with presumed lack, in particular way for the formative aspect. The facility of execution of the study and the low cost, also in topic of employment of human resources, couldjustify one its extension to all the national territory.
