Gli Autori ripercorrono le modificazioni delle prestazioni di tutela sanitaria INAIL nel corso degli ultimi 30 anni, in rapporto all’evoluzione legislativa in materia sino all’attuale assetto del D.Lgs. 81/2008 modificato dal D.Lgs. 106/2009. In base al recente dettato normativo le prestazioni erogate dall’INAIL sono quelle “necessarie e utili” per la cura e il reinserimento del lavoratore attraverso la realizzazione della tutela, totale e integrata, dell’assicurato che abbia subìto un evento infortunistico o tecnopatico.

The Authors travel over again the modifications of the benefits of sanitary protection INAIL in the course of last the 30 years, in connection with the legislative evolution in matter until to it put into effect them order of modified D.Lgs. 81/2008 from D.Lgs. 106/2009. Based on the recent normative dictation the performances distributed from the INAIL are those “necessary and useful” for the cure and “reinserimento” of the worker through the realization of the protection, integrated total and, of the insured person with an industrial accident o professional diseases.
