Le attività connesse alla prevenzione, cura e riabilitazione sono, infatti, mirate alla realizzazione della tutela globale del lavoratore, mentre le attività inerenti il reinserimento sono poste a garanzia del diritto al lavoro dell’infortunato o del tecnopatico.

The author presents an analysis of inail’s role, both from the point of view of the expansion and strenghening of its role as insurer - according to the changes occurred in the economic scenario and in the reference values - and with respect to the new tasks of this organisation. As a matter of fact, the activities connected with prevention, health care and rehabilitation aim at a global protection of the worker, while the activities implemented for reintegration are meant as a guarantee of the right to work held by the injured person or by the workers who suffers from a professional disesase.
