La sicurezza nel mondo del lavoro e la necessità di garantire una adeguata protezione e una maggiore consapevolezza contro i rischi, costituisce una priorità assoluta. In tale contesto fondamentale è la centralità del ruolo del datore di lavoro, che, oltre ad essere il cultore della sicurezza, deve essere anche il garante dell’incolumità fisica e della personalità morale dei prestatori di lavoro. Solo così il lavoratore potrà essere posto nelle condizioni di operare con assoluta sicurezza, facendo sì che quest’ultimo diventi un “valore aggiunto” per tutti coloro che operano all’interno dell’azienda.

The safety in the Job world and the need to warrant a suitable protection and a greater awareness of the risks, is an absolute priority. In this case it is essential the central role plaid by the employer, that besides to be a safety expert, he must be the guarantor of the phisical safety and the moral personality of the employees. Only doing so, the worker will be placed in the conditions to operate in the absolute safety and the workers will become an added value for all the peoples operating inside the company.
