La legge di stabilità 2014 ha introdotto, con decorrenza 1° gennaio 2014, importanti novità in materia di prestazioni economiche erogate dall’Inail. In particolare:
- al comma 129 dell’art.1, ha previsto un ulteriore aumento in via straordinaria delle indennità erogate dall'Inail a titolo di recupero del valore dell'indennizzo del danno biologico
- e al successivo comma 130 la parametrazione al massimale, previsto per legge, della retribuzione presa a base per il calcolo delle “rendita a superstiti”. Nell’articolo l’autore analizza i miglioramenti della tutela per effetto dell’introduzione dei citati interventi.

The law of stability 2014 introduced, with effect from 1st January 2014, important updates in the field of the economic services provided by Inail (national insurance institute for accidents at work) In particular:
- in paragraph 129 of art. 1, there was a further increase in extraordinary terms of the indemnity provided by Inail for recovery of the value of compensation of resulting from biological damage
- and in the subsequent paragraph 130 parameterisation to the ceiling, provided for by law, of the repayment taken as the basis for the calculation of "survivor annuity". In the article the author analyses the improvements in protection due to the effect of the introduction of the afore-mentioned interventions.
