The Author proposes the first outline of interests in social security law in the broadest sense of the term from three different perspectives: the legitimate interest in assistance (also preventive assistance) to disability (spa treatment); the legitimate interest in the Redundancy Fund subject to the deed entitling to it; the legitimate interest in the insertion by aggregation in a typical sector (ex art. 49 L. n. 88/1989) of the companies carrying out multiple activities.
