Una nuova edizione di Inail 2011. Tra Assicurazione e Prevenzione. Gli adempimenti dei datori di lavoro, curata e rinnovata anche questa volta da Silvana Toriello che ha arricchito la prima edizione con aggiornamenti e altri capitoli sempre in linea con la matrice originaria dell'opera. Di là dal merito dei singoli capitoli e del loro valore informativo, la pubblicazione presenta, in un momento di forte evoluzione del Welfare, un interesse innanzitutto a livello sistematico poiché dimostra, attraverso lo scorrere delle informazioni e riflessioni, come resti viva la caratteristica principale dell'assicurazione, motivo conduttore del Testo unico del 1965 che, per questi aspetti, si muove senza soluzione di continuità con le leggi che lo hanno preceduto. Un avvertimento: il lettore non si lasci ingannare dal titolo che sembra continuare a proporre il "sistema" come espressione dell'Inail e delle sue funzioni perché questo ben strutturato e armonico testo della TORIELLO è funzionale alla centralità del ruolo e dei bisogni dei lavoratori e delle imprese.

The fulfillments of the Employer) edited and renewed once again by Silvana Toriello,who enriched the first edition with updates and other chapters, always in thewake of the original work's background. Beyond the merit of the single chapters and their informative value, the publicationshows, in a moment of high evolution of the Welfare, first of all an interestat systematic level, because it shows, through the flow information and thoughts,how the main characteristic of assurance remains alive. It is the main conductorof the 1965 Consolidated act. that, for these aspects, moves itself without a breakwith previous laws. A warning: reader must not be deceived by the title which still seems to proposethe "system" as an expression of INAIL and its duties because this well-organizedand harmonic text by TORIELLO is functional to the centrality of the rolesand needs of workers and businesses.
