L’autore ricostruisce le relazioni tra interventi di previdenza sociale, con particolare riferimento all’assicurazione infortuni, (art. 38 cost.) E tutela della salute (art. 32 cost.) Negli ambienti di lavoro. Nel saggio vengono inoltre analizzati, anche in relazione alla più recente evoluzione giurisprudenziale, i principali istituti di tale assicurazione presi in considerazione sia rispetto alla estensione delle garanzie apprestate in favore dei soggetti assicurati sia rispetto alle novità introdotte dalla più recente legislazione in materia.

The author analyses the relationship among social security interventions with particular reference to industrial accident insurance (article 38 of the italian constitution) and health protection (article 32 of the italian constitution) in working environments. In reference to the recent evolution occurred in the domain of jurisprudence, the essay also offers and analysis of the main institutions of such insurance, which are considered both as regards the extension of the guarantees offered to the insured person and the changes introduced by the recent legislation.
