Una breve introduzione al tema oggetto del Workshop (12-13 dicembre 2000), nella quale l'A. fa una rapida panoramica delle principali novità introdotte dal D. Lgs. 38/2000 che, come tutte le nuove norme , comporterà problemi interpretativi superabili attraverso gli apporti futuri, dottrinali e giurisprudenziali, di cui il dibattito che si svilupperà in seno al Workshop costituisce un'anticipazione.

A short introduction to the subject of the Workshop (December 12-13, 2000), where the Author makes a brief overview of the main new elements introduced by the Legislative Decree 38/2000 which - as all new rules and regulations - will entail interpretation problems which can be overcome through future contributions by jurisprudence, case law and lines of decisions; in this regard the debate that will develop within the Workshop will provide significant food for thought.
