All employers are required to insure their employees. Employers are individuals or legal entities, private and public entities, including State and local governments employing subordinate and parasubordinate workers in the activities that the law defines as risky. Craftspeople, self-employed fishermen and agricultural workers are also obliged to insure themselves.
